About.

I counsel freethinking people who are motivated to find their personal purpose and navigate their challenges with astrology. I empower my clients by interpreting their birth chart to discuss choices for life’s big decisions. The birth chart is a signpost for self-actualization, which is about finding meaning in life.

Astrology is the confirmation that everything, from the mundane to the spiritual, is interconnected and therefore meaningful – whether that’s succeeding in career, raising children, or committing to a life partner. As a consulting astrologer with over 10 years’ experience in the Bay Area, I’ve had the honor of working with young professionals, experienced seniors, stay-at-home parents, and members of the LGBT+ community. I am based in San Francisco but can meet with clients anywhere through teleconference.

I employ both modern and traditional methods in my astrological practice. I earned a B.A. in Art History from Grinnell College, and two Masters: one degree in Western Esotericism and Mysticism from the University of Amsterdam, and the other in Early European Art from The University of Glasgow. I am a certified Level 2 Professional Astrologer by Steven Forrest’s Apprenticeship Program, and have attained N.C.G.R’s certification through Level 2. I also completed Pandora Astrology’s internship program where I worked closely with Bay Area astrologer Jamie Kahl-Miller. I currently work for Horoscope.Com and Astrology.Com as a content creator.

About Venus’ Orbit

This graphic depicts the dance of Venus and Earth around the Sun. The orbit of Venus is the most circular in our solar system, and she forms a natural pentagram through her retrograde cycles. The ancient Greeks attributed love and beauty to Venus because they gleaned their aesthetic philosophy of harmony and perfection in the elegant symmetry of her celestial path. I love this graphic because it demonstrates the astrological principle of ‘as above, so below’, where the movements of the cosmos correspond to events on Earth.
